  • Am I being quoted an all inclusive price for my Villa?

Yes! There are no hidden extras.  We pay the 12% sales and tourist tax on your behalf with HotSpot Tax Services, as well as the cleaning fees after your stay.  If you haven’t asked for a quote to include pool heat, this is an additional cost at £90 per week or $140 USD

 

  • Are sheets and towels included?

Yes!  Although we do ask that towels aren’t taken away from the villa.

 

  • How do I get to the Villa?

When your final balance has been paid, we email an arrival pack including driving instructions, presented as photographs as well as text, from key points including

Orlando International Airport and Sanford Airport

 

  • How do I collect the keys?

The keys are kept in a secure lockbox at the villa… so no having to find an agent’s office when you arrive!  You will be sent a secure number, unique to your booking, to release the keys when you have paid your balance.

 

·      Is the Villa fully licensed and insured for vacation rentals?

 

Yes.  We have a Resort Dwelling License with the Florida Hotel Division and insurance with

American Strategic Insurance

 

  • Do you allow smoking in the property?

No.

 

  • How far away is Disney and other attractions?

Disney: just 7.4 miles from the Villa to the exit for Walt Disney Drive on the US192… and only two sets of  traffic lights!! Approximately 12 minutes

Seaworld: 16 miles via the I4.  Approximately 20 minutes

Universal Studios: 19 miles via the I4.  Approximately 25 minutes

 

 

  • Is the home I view the actual Villa I will be staying in?

Yes.  We regularly update photographs to include new purchases such as master bedroom suite and lounge furniture added July 2008. 

The photographs show our Villa just as you will see it!

 

·      Does the Villa have a security alarm?

 

Yes.  It is monitored 24/7 by ADT

 

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

4pm and 10am, respectively.

By prior arrangement only, it is sometimes possible to accommodate an early check-in / late check-out at no extra cost

 

  • What happens if something goes wrong when I’m in the Villa?

We employ a fantastic management company run by Mike and Coleen Peach.  They offer us, and our guests, a high-quality personal service, they are based within 5 minutes of the villa and are on hand to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
